Off the top of my head, you'll need to swap the Touring engine harness and PCM over, and it'll take a little bit of work to mate the 3.5 to the 300C exhaust. The Charger, Magnum, Challenger, and 300 are all the same car, and most parts will interchange. I'd just recommend getting another car though...
